Welcome to Bluegrass Family Grind

Faith. Family. Fresh Starts. And a Whole Lot of Hustle.

We’re the Adams Family—Bill, Sandy, Kassy, Hayley, and our grandkids Ayden, Mason, and Avery. Together, we’ve spent years building a legacy through CENTURY 21 Pinnacle and Just Love Coffee Cafe in Berea, Kentucky.

Now, we’re stepping into a new season. We’ve just purchased a farm—not just land, but a dream that brings our family even closer together. It’s a place for gathering, growing, and creating new traditions rooted in hard work and love.

Bluegrass Family Grind is where we share the journey—our real estate adventures, small business wins, life lessons, and behind-the-scenes moments that come with chasing dreams as a family. Whether you're here for inspiration, connection, or just curious about our story—welcome to the grind.  “Real Life. Real Work. Real Legacy.”

Bluegrass Family Grind is where our journey unfolds. From real estate, coffee shops, and small business to family milestones and new beginnings, we’re inviting you into the rhythm of life as we live it—honest, hardworking, and rooted in love.

Meet the Family

Sandy Adams

The Heart | Business Owner | Community Connector

Sandy is co-owner of CENTURY 21 Pinnacle and Just Love Coffee Cafe, but around here, her most cherished title is Granny. With a heart for bringing people together, she’s passionate about supporting local businesses, mentoring real estate agents, and creating spaces where community thrives. Whether she’s hosting events, cheering on her team, or enjoying quiet moments with her grandkids at the new family farm, Sandy leads with love, grace, and a deep belief in the power of connection. Also, she loves to travel to new places and try new foods. Has jumped out of an airplane.

Bill Adams

The Visionary | Real Estate Broker | Tech-Driven Leader

Bill is the driving force behind CENTURY 21 Pinnacle and a co-owner of Just Love Coffee Cafe. With over 20 years in real estate, he’s passionate about growing businesses, embracing new technology, and building a lasting legacy. Whether he’s guiding agents through digital tools, launching a new marketing strategy, or simply enjoying the quiet life at the family’s newly purchased farm, Bill blends innovation with intentional living. He believes in working hard, dreaming big, and staying ahead of the curve—while always staying rooted in faith, family, and community.

Hayley Rogers

The Go-Getter | GM of Just Love | Farmhand-in-Training

Hayley is the day-to-day heartbeat of Just Love Coffee Cafe and a fearless leader in her own right. As the general manager, she’s known for crafting great coffee, great food, and a great environment for her team and customers. A Berea native and new farmer, Hayley is excited to learn the ropes of country life with boots on the ground and her kids by her side.

Kassy Blethen

The Steady Hand | Experience in Mental Health | Just Love Team Member

Kassy Blethen brings a thoughtful, steady presence to everything she does. With a background in mental health through her work at New Vista, she has supported individuals in finding balance, healing, and clarity.  Today, Kassy is part of the Just Love team, where she works at the café on weekends while balancing family life. Her past experience, combined with her natural care for others, continues to shape the way she connects with people and shows up with consistency, compassion, and purpose.

Ayden

The Oldest Grandkid | Helper | Aspiring Entrepreneur

Ayden is always ready to jump in and lend a hand—whether it’s helping Papaw with projects on the farm, making fun videos with Granny, or hanging out with his cousins. He loves playing guitar, traveling to new places, and brings energy and curiosity to everything the family does. Smart and creative, Ayden is growing into a natural leader with a passion for adventure and entrepreneurship.

Mason

The Adventurer | Always Smiling | Future Explorer

Mason is full of energy and always up for an adventure. Whether he’s exploring new places with family, sharing laughter, or getting into a little harmless mischief, Mason’s bright spirit lights up every room. He loves being outside, discovering new things, and embracing life with a big smile and an open heart.  He loves mowing lawns, working on tractors, and swimming.

Avery

The Boss Babe in Training | Sweet but Fierce

Avery is all girl—she loves makeup, finger nail polish, and all things Disney. But don’t let that fool you; she’s just as happy wearing her boots and exploring the farm. Much like Granny, Avery has a big heart and a fearless spirit, ready to take on the world with style and a sense of adventure.

Alec Rogers

Alec Rogers is a licensed REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Pinnacle and a dedicated team member at Cintas, where he’s known for his reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. A lifelong resident of Madison County, Alec takes pride in helping people find the right home while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife Hayley and their family. Alec is proud to be part of a real estate team that values collaboration, community, and service.

Matt Blethen

Matt Blethen works in marketing at The Castle Jewelry Store and is the owner of a successful Etsy shop where he showcases his creativity through handcrafted goods. With a background in customer service and a natural eye for design, Matt brings passion and originality to everything he does. He’s also skilled at growing his own food and is excited to take on new projects around the family farm. Matt enjoys supporting local businesses, spending time with family, and building a life rooted in creativity, sustainability, and hard work.

More Than Real Estate

Real estate may have been where my journey started—but it’s far from where it ended.

I’m also the co-owner of Just Love Coffee Cafe in Berea, Kentucky, another woman-owned business rooted in hospitality, generosity, and community impact. What started as a love for coffee became a space where people gather, connect, and support meaningful causes—one cup at a time.

Running a coffee shop taught me a different kind of business lesson: leadership looks a lot like service, and success is sweeter when it’s shared.
